  Terrible Terrible service and customer support. I have brought 2 bikes from this store and have regularly serviced them here as well. My last bikes rim fell apart on me for no reason but luckily when I brought it was under a 1 year warranty. Handed the faulty rim in to the store manager at this time (20th March) said that we were to buy a new one for $165.00 and when the warranty came back that they'd refund us. Tell us to wait 4 weeks and that they'd get back to me. I turn up 6 weeks later nothing's been done about "they'll get right onto it" they said. 2 weeks later get a phone call to come in. I go in to expect my refund of $165, "here's your new rim" they said. No I've brought a rim when I handed in the faulty rim, I was told I was going to be refunded. No refund he said "that's not our policy, but here's a store credit". Well after this dismal display of customer service I never want to step into this shop again.

  Everyone just be aware when they sell you a bike with warranty that it ticks all the boxes.

  I am very grateful for the generous workshop help I received upon my unscheduled arrival at a busy time today, with a malfunctioning cassette which had rendered my cycle unrideable. The manager and other staff were approachable, knowledgeable, flexible and interested in solving my rare problem and the specialist tools they provided were very effective in eventually achieving a workable solution. I would highly recommend their service and will be happy to return for further purchases as needed.

  I broke a chain early on a Saturday morning and Dave was more than helpful in getting me back on the road and saving my day. He even had a quick look over the bike to point out some other issues that needed to be taken care of. That's what I call great service. If you break a chain do it near Cott Cycles.
